On November two, 2010, Cash Horse (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CHSB), a subsidiary of the Company had entered into a Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement with Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. (SESB) to sell and deliver electrical energy to SESB from a renewable energy power plant (Biomass Power Plant) with nominal capacity of 12MW located at off KM 63, Jalan Lahad Datu, Sandakan, Sabah to be developed under the Small Renewable Energy Power Program for 21 years.
