In February 2007, it acquired Suria Lagenda Development Sdn Bhd, Ideal Sierra Development Sdn Bhd and Enrich Property Development Sdn Bhd. In May 2007, the Company acquired Vienna Home Sdn Bhd. In December 2008, the Company disposed of its 70% interest in Ultimate Factor Sdn Bhd.
