The approximate age of the double storey detached industrial building on the Property. The encumbrances on the Property, if any. Brief details of the rental arrangement with the third party and the rental income per month. Details on any Refund / Termination Clause under the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA"). Valuation method adopted by the valuers in arriving at the market value. The basis and justification in arriving at the Sale Consideration. The names of Desa Metro's Directors, Major Shareholders and their respective shareholdings in Desa Metro. The timeframe for utilisation of proceeds. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the transaction pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements. Whether the transaction is subject to the shareholder approval and the relevant government authorities (if applicable) and the estimated time frame for submission of the application to the relevant authorities. To make available for inspection the SPA and the Valuation Report by the valuers and to state the time and place where the documents may be inspected.
