前景唱好‧勝利者國際改寫新高

（吉隆坡21日訊）勝利者國際（SIGN，7246，主板消費品組）成長展望獲聯昌研究唱好，激勵股價週一一度漲17仙或13%至1令吉50仙，繼續改寫歷史新高。

全天漲16仙或12%

該股雖僅以1令吉33仙平盤開場，但6分鐘開始受買盤青睞，帶動股價逐漸升高，惟午盤觸碰1令吉50仙全天最高後開始停頓，最終以1令吉49仙收盤，全天漲16仙或12%，成交量139萬9千900股。

聯昌研究在報告中說，勝利者國際擁有強勁資產負債表，若未來數月內成功脫售哥打白沙羅工業地，每股淨現金可能增加至65仙，加上持有超過2億令吉訂單讓未來盈利展望清晰，聯昌給予該股2令吉65仙目標價和“買進”評級。（星洲日報／財經）

傳勝利者國際(SIGN)私有化

（吉隆坡16日訊）昨日宣佈以7千520萬令吉脫售兩塊地段的勝利者國際（SIGN，7246，主板消費品組），盛傳將展開私有化行動。

交易商對The Edge表示，勝利者國際以7千500萬令吉脫售其陳列室毗鄰的地段，而該公司市值僅8千500萬令吉，這極可能是私有化的前奏。

該公司受詢時表示，主要管理層都在出席訓練課程，無法作出回應。

不過，勝利者國際自今年初以來便不斷進行股票回購行動，最新一次是在7月1日，以每股78.5仙回購股票。

該股今日一度上漲至82仙，閉市時報80仙，全日升7仙或9.59%，成交量共18萬6千900股。

勝利者國際在昨日宣佈，獨資子公司SCSB達致協議，以7千520萬令吉脫售雙溪毛糯兩塊地段給美德集團（MEDAINC，5040，主板產業組）子公司PURPLE HEIGHTS私人有限公司。

該公司在文告中指出，售地計劃給予公司機會以釋放旗下產業的價值和取得資本增值。

勝利者國際於2007年4月上市，主要從事廚房系統設計和銷售。（星洲日報／財經）
