辟捷4.39亿购澳洲地

（吉隆坡19日讯）辟捷控股（PJDEV，1945，主板产业股）通过持股75%子公司Yarra美景园，与澳洲公司Dynasty Falls签署买卖期权协议，以购买澳洲墨尔本的一片土地。

该公司向马交所报备，Yarra美景园若行使期权，就可以1亿4500万澳元（约4亿3900万令吉）购买在墨尔本，面积达2.026公顷的永久地契土地。

需付5%订金

根据文告，Yarra美景园需支付725万澳元（约2193万令吉）或等于土地售价的5%作为定金，并等待澳洲外资投资评估局核准。

若澳洲外资投资评估局不批准该项土地买卖活动，Yarra美景园可原数取回定金。批准后，则可随时行使期权，购买土地。

辟捷控股认为，该土地增长潜能庞大，位于墨尔本南岸优越位置上，是墨尔本主要商业活动中心，有很多大型企业办公楼、高楼及地标。

黃祖興任辟捷控股執行董事

（吉隆坡4日訊）辟捷控股（PJDEV，1945，主板產業組）委任黃祖興（譯音）為執行董事，於2011年10月3日生效。

該公司文告指出，黃祖興現年26歲，他為英國劍橋大學土地經濟學哲學碩士，倫敦大學商業管理理學士。

他曾在多家國際跨國財團任職。他是公司董事經理黃宗秋及副董事經理黃宗喜（譯音）的侄兒，公司大股東兼執行董事許彩梅（譯音）女士的兒子。（星洲日報／財經）
