The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates in Malaysia and Indonesia. Its direct wholly owned subsidiaries include Johore Tin Factory Sdn. Bhd., Kluang Tin And Can Factory Sdn. Bhd. and Unican Industries Sdn. Bhd., while its indirect wholly owned subsidiary is PT Medan Johor Tin. The subsidiary companies are principally involved in the manufacturing of various tins, cans and other containers, printing of tin plates and other relevant business. On September 8, 2006, Johore Tin Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and Genting Perwira Sdn. Bhd. had an interest of 42.69% and 5.76%, respectively, in the Company.
