YTL Power appoints non-exec director

YTL Power International Bhd has appointed 52-year-old Datuk Yusli Bin Mohamed Yusoff as non-executive director, effective today.

Prior to his appointment, Yusli served Bursa Malaysia Bhd as the chief executive officer from Feb 2004 until March 2011.

Yusli, an economics graduate from the University of Essex, England, is currently the chairman of Red Cliff Group Pte Ltd and a member of the board for the Asian Institute of Finance. -- Bernama

（吉隆坡4日讯）杨忠礼电力（YTLPowr，6742，主板基建股）委任前大马交易所总执行长拿督尤斯里，出任非执行董事一职。

尤斯里是大马交易所（Bursa，1818，主板金融股）前任总执行长，在马交所任职8年，于今年3月31日提早退位，由兴业资本（RHBCap，1066，主板金融股）集团董事经理拿督达朱丁阿丹接棒。

尤斯里的聘约，原本在明年1月届满。

从马交所退下之后，尤斯里在今年4月开始担任赤壁集团私人有限公司（Red Cliff Group Pte Ltd）主席，他也是亚洲金融研究所有限公司及马化国际（Mulpha，3905，主板贸服组）的董事。
